**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **production operations**, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing of **metal components**.
- Develop and implement **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives** to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Manage **metal forming, stamping, welding, machining, and coating processes**, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Drive **OEE, cycle time reduction, and process standardization**.
- Lead **cross-functional teams** to ensure production targets, safety protocols, and cost controls are met.
- Collaborate with **engineering, quality, and supply chain teams** to improve production workflows.
- Ensure compliance with **IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and OSHA safety regulations**.
- Develop and track **KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)** to measure and improve operational performance.
- Manage **capital projects, new equipment installations, and process automation**.
- Lead and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and operators, fostering a **culture of accountability and continuous improvement**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering**, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **5+ years of experience** in **automotive manufacturing**, specifically in **metal parts production**.
- Strong knowledge of **metal stamping, CNC machining, robotic welding, and surface finishing**.
- Experience implementing **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)** strategies.
- Familiarity with **IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and industry regulatory requirements**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **press operations, die maintenance, CNC programming, and automation**.
- Knowledge of **GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and precision measurement tools**.
- Proficiency in **ERP/MES systems for production planning and inventory control**.
- Experience in **problem-solving methodologies** such as **8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong **leadership and team management** abilities.
- Excellent **problem-solving and decision-making** skills.
- Ability to work **cross-functionally** with different departments.
- Effective **communication and conflict resolution** skills.

**Languages**:
