Professional with technical background and fluent English skills, being responsible at a Global Level (worldwide) of the management and analysis of the CO2e cement emissions and associated levers, mainly in cement business but also across the company value chain. Additionally, responsible of updating the cement CO2 roadmap and of revising (CAPEX projects).

Responsible of circular economy data management and strategy definition.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analysis, management and reporting of CO2e emissions data and operational levers, and detection of improvement opportunities. Monthly report to Exco and external audiences.
- Define offsets (carbon credits) company strategy.
- CO2 projects revision and CO2 cement roadmap update in collaboration with corporate planning.
- Circular economy data management and strategy definition in collaboration with Urbanization Solutions and Operations.
- CO2 footprint administration, including emission factors calculation.
- Coordination of region/country/site sustainability CO2 experts and other areas like energy
- Develop yearly Sustainability/Environmental KPI audits

**Position Challenges**:

- A previous experience in Environmental management will be valued: climate change, LCA, CO2 footprint.
- A previous experience in cement operations will be valued, preferable in process or quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Studies**:Technical Degree: Environmental Sciences, Engineer (preferable Chemical engineer), biologist or other sciences.
- **Languages**: English B2, Spanish will be valued.
- **Software skills** Advance Excel, Power Point.
- **Other software skills**. Power BI, collaborative tools, Sharepoint, Advanced Excel.
- Data analysis and management.
- Analytical skills and logical structure.
- Leadership skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills: empathy, listening skills, respectful and tolerant.

**Internal/External Relations**:
**Internal relations**: All areas in the company, mainly with sustainability functions, operations, corporate planning and urbanization solutions.

**External relations**: Business analyst and Service suppliers.
