Team Overview:
Join our Regulatory Team as a Senior Analyst and play a key role in shaping DiDi's driver platform in Spanish Speaking LatAm. If you're passionate about creating user-centered solutions, staying on top of product and regulatory developments, and building win-win relationships with stakeholders, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities:
As part of the Regulatory team, you will:
- Drive end-to-end processes to ensure DiDi’s compliance with local laws and regulation in Spanish Speaking Latin America (SSL)
- Design driver platform improvements/changes derived from Regulatory Requirements
- Manage driver platform changes derived from Regulatory requests
- Analyze and evaluate operational risks of pending regulations and requirements
- Create systems to proactively assess and address regulatory risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries in Spanish Speaking LatAm
- Create a win-win collaboration approach for DiDi’s internal and external stakeholders
Regulatory projects through SSL represent a key driver of success and will be key to consolidate our business across Latin America.
Role Qualifications:
**_The Successful Applicant has:_**:
- 3+ years of operational/analytical experience gained in a tech company, consulting, investment banking or operations management Engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background.
- Demonstrated passion for policy, regulation and/or legal frameworks
- All backgrounds are welcome if you see yourself suitable in a highly analytic environment
- Previous **project management** experience is required
- Previous professional experience in **analytical or strategical roles** is preferred
- Working familiarity/willingness to learn programming languages for data analysis (SQL, Python)
- Great attitude and hands-on approach
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks
- Proficiency in English & Spanish, a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
