**Summary**

Supervisor Sr Payroll Tax - Ensure the social contribution payments and state payroll tax calculations for the three companies of Group assuring the correct monthly and bimonthly payments, accounting records and financial accruals vs plan. Establishes controls and procedures for the correct federal and state taxes compliance. As well, controls and reviews the information and documentation to be provided to auditors for social security tax opinion, coordinates the daily delivery of employees registrations to the Social Security Dependencies, and responds timely to Federal and State Government Dependencies requirements when needed.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensures authority compliance at different instance levels, such as the Social Contribution payments (IMSS / INFONAVIT/ INFONACOT/ Others Payroll Taxes) and State´s payroll tax for all employees of the companies (AutoZone, ServiceZone and ZoneCompra). Review comparison between current monthly and bimonthly payments against previous month and clarifies the differences, explains and suggests corrections. Supervise the annual determination of Social Security risk premium, and options to diminish costs of contributions of social security payments. Supervise the monthly & bimonthly social security tax, Infonavit, FONACOT & SAR payments. Review the State Payroll Tax calculation for each one the 32 states.
- Supervise and review the accrual accounts for Social Security and State payment, validates that accruals are fuly recorded in accounting books and verifies that records are accordingly to Fiscal Year Financial Plan. Validates these account monthly and periodical reconciliation. Review the reconciliation with Authorities SUA system, payroll system and goverment reports identifyings differences, proceeding with corresponding corrections and finalizing in corresponding payments. Assure the daily delivery of employees registrations to the Social Security Dependencies, employee changes, additions and terminations.
- Guarantee the comunication with Federal and State Government Dependencies and answers any notices or audits received through formal writtings when required. Review and supervise the annual documentation necessary to issue the mandatory Authorities Opinion made by an independent auditor, analyzing all annual payments that Companies have in different Local Administrations registraries.
- Calculates every period expats calculation and validates and coordinates stock options and RSU determination, assuring that the corresponding income taxes are effectively paid. In case any return is required, assure the corresponding filling.
- Controls and reviews the information and documentation to be provided to the auditors for social contributions and state taxes tax opinion. Document the proceses with process maps, checklists and procedures and assure internal controls are in place for overall Social Security and Payroll taxes processes.
- Assists the Payroll Manager with special projects where payroll tax analysis is required. Assists other departments with any payroll tax doubts that arises due to Companies day to day transactions related to payroll taxes. Assists manager with several transactions.

**Position Requirements**:

- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:Finance, Operations or Accounting
- Years of Experience:Five to Seven years.
- Type of Experience:Payroll taxes experience, monthly and annual payments and returns, writtings to Authorities, Social Security software skills / Labor Regulation knowledge, Continues study and updated of social security and payroll tax regulations.
