Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Responsible for all aspects the management of a unit/plant.
- Assure results on safety, quality, service, cost.
- Experience on management more than 3000 Headcount
- Guaranty safe working environment.
- Make sure the operations performed are protecting the environment (Energy consumption, water consumption, air & ground pollution, 0 waste to land field, Circular economy).
- Make sure the team member understood their missions have the right skills set and the adequate behavior to achieve their goals.
- Social relationship with local unions.
- Protect the Quality image of our offers.
- Engage the team on continuous improvement.
- Sense of emergency to facilitate issue resolution and associated communication.
- Deploy necessary action to reduce None Quality Cost.
- Guaranty the expected Service level.
- Solid Planning processes consistent with offer manager growth ambitions.
- Capacity management in all processes (internal and external).
- The right animation of the inventory parameter (upstream).- Actions to reduce the cost of the offer the plant is manufacturing.
- Have a clear understanding of the offer cost structure.
- Follow the product cost evolution.
- Have a clear and updated status of the NEC/MEC sourcing ratio.
- Engage on action on all opportunities.
- Use technologies that enable cost reduction.
- Optimize the Capital Employed all along the End-To-End Supply Chain.
- A stringent management of inventory (up and down stream) with specific focus on UnHS and SS parameter management.
- Deploy VMI processes with supplier base.
- Should know and be aware about all rules and regulations applicable to his activity and make sure entity complies with them.

Experiência y requisitos
- Engineering bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree.
- 8 years with relevant experience - manages or assists with managing various production activities (assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc).
- English advance level
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality improvement tools, techniques & models
- Statistical techniques and analysis
