**CUSTOMER PLANNER JR.**

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad: Titulado / recién egresado / estudiando últimos semestres turno de noche**.**
- Inglés Avanzado ( Indispensable)
- Office Avanzado
- Manejo / conocimiento de software ERP (ejemplo: SAP, Oracle, AS400, etc).

**Experiência**:+ 6 meses en área de Customer service (industria indistinta: callcenter, ventas, inmobiliaria, hotelería, etc.). Preferentemente contar con experiência en industria automotriz ò automotriz.

**Principales actividades**:

- Contacto directo con el cliente
- Creación e ingreso de órdenes de surtido en sistema.
- Seguimiento a: inventario mínimo necesario (Safety Stock), tiempos de entrega / espera (lead times), cantidad mínima a ordenar (MOQ), etc.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Sueldo mensual: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 mensuales brutos
- Excelente esquema de PSL
- Días de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes
- Zona de trabajo : Escobedo, N.L.
