Small Business Funding Senior Analyst

Summary:
Responsible for training development and oversight of assigned commercial funding team members to ensure optimal perdormance and customer satisfaccion. Provide a leading role in the monitoring and resolution of compliance, accounting and funding related activities. Help minimize legal and loss exposure through procedural compliance. The role ensures teams consistently meet deadlines, fulfill service level agreements, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and comply with company policies. Work closely with dealers, sales, and credit teams to reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external customers. Additionally, the position maintains active communication with stakeholders in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to gather insights and continuously enhance operational processes.

Key Tasks:
Manage day-to-day funding activities (example: turn time and discrepancies) ensuring efficient task distribution and alignment with market requirements. Monitor team performance and work quality to guarantee timely and accurate execution of key processes. Fluid interaction with different departments that require assistance with information or data.
Ensure that all reports and documentation are correctly uploaded in the corresponding systems (PEGA) and folders. Ensure contract matches approved pricing and appropriate limits of authority have been met, also guarantee that contracts records in DTFS portfolio system dealer settlement amounts are accurately dispersed.
Conduct gap analyses to recognize inefficiencies in workflows and Funding operations. Design and implement process optimization initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Provide regular feedback regarding job duties and responsibilities. Identify areas for improvement and deliver ongoing training to the Funding team, focusing on skills and knowledge that enhance their performance and support their professional development.
Remain compliant with Corporate and Local credit policies and procedures.
