- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, manages resources effectively, and communicates progress to stakeholders.-
- **Key Responsibilities**- ** Project Planning & Execution**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
- Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**
- Ensure projects adhere to company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.-
Experiência y requisitos
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

** Experience**:3+ years of experience managing projects in [industry or relevant field].
- **Skills**:Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.-
