The Loyalty Coordinator will accelerate the adoption of the loyalty program in stores by increasing Club Comex sales and the number of registrants. Also, will improve in-store execution and achieve high customer satisfaction and increase NPS, and understanding by managers, concessionaires, and regional managers. This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Tultitlan and will report to Manager. **Key Responsibilities** - Ensure that the loyalty program and its benefits are performed correctly in store. - Control and monitoring of monthly objectives by Division, region, territory, and branches. - Postmortem analysis. - Follow-up to the Club Comex promoters’ program in the field - Coordinate and ensure the execution of the ongoing training plan and e-learnings at the national level in collaboration with CFI (Centro de Formacion Integral) and the Club's dissemination agency. **Qualifications** - 2-3 years’ experience in retail operations, management of promoters in the field - English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.
