**What you’ll do?**
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies (Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, relational databases) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with telecom or cable industry is a plus.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Produce design for system components that meet functional and non-functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements.
- Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.
- Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.
- Possess good knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS & Microservices architecture.
- Proficient in programming languages: Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, React.js or Angular (Node.js)
- Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards
- Help provide specifications for APIs
- Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards.
- Project management
- Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross-functional teams including project managers, testers, architects etc to provide solutions.
- Participate in project planning and issue resolution to ensure project deliveries.
