**Safety & Health**para nuestra empresa **HEINEKEN MEXICO**

**Objetivo**: Asegura mediante la gestión con las diferentes areas ventas, logística, almacenes, staff & HR la aplicación de las medidas de seguridad aplicables a la operación. Funge como el rol clave de contacto y ejecución de la estrategia de seguridad en nuestras operaciones en las zonas y regiones correspondientes.

**Funciones principales**:

- Análisis y gestión en la investigación de accidentes, lesiones y Near Misses HiPo
- Reporteo y administración en Cority de los casos de la pirámide de seguridad
- Gestion y seguimiento de leading indicators
- Gestión y seguimiento de la estrategia H&S en su zona de influencia (Road Safety, Bowtie, HNK Estandars,
- Impartir cursos de capacitación en seguridad a empleado y contratistas
- Gestión y administración de brigadas de emergencia, Planeación y gestión de Semana de la Seguridad
- Gestión y capacitación de Montacarguistas
- Gestión de comisiones y comités de seguridad
- Gestión y planeación de simulacros
- Gestión y administración de permisos de trabajo seguro
- Atención de auditorias internas, Atención y seguimiento de auditorias externas (STPS)
- Gestión y entrega de EPP

**Requisitos**:

- Lic en Administración Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial o a fin.
- Experiência de 2 a 5 años
- Ingles intermedio (deseable)
- Comunicación efectiva, capacidad adaptativa, resolución de conflicto
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Licencia vigente y dominio de vehículo estándar
