Company dedicated to the manufacture of electrical harnesses is looking for: **"Purchasing Head"**. Essential requirement**:Woman**. - Main responsibilities:_ - Plan, coordinate, and schedule the purchasing and inventory control of materials required for manufacturing. - Executing outsourcing projects and managing relationships with suppliers to meet the company's business objectives. - Collaboration and Strategy Execution. - Key Responsibilities:_ - Purchasing and Order Management. - Plan and issue purchase orders for assigned materials, ensuring accurate delivery timelines and system updates. - Monitor supply chain orders, reschedule delays, and maintain accurate data in the planning system. - Utilize ERP systems to ensure material availability for production. - Supplier Relationship Management. - Communicate with suppliers to ensure alignment on Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), lead times, and performance metrics. - Provide suppliers with necessary reports and evaluate their past performance. - Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs), solicit quotations, and negotiate terms with suppliers. - Select suppliers based on the total cost, considering quality, price, and delivery. - Managing supplier risk, inventory, and claims. - Work with Procurement on projects to improve delivery performance, cost savings, and lead-time reductions. - Execute strategies to optimize total cost regarding pricing, logistics, inventory, and product lifecycle. - Education & Experience:_ - Bachelor's degree college/university. - 2-3 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Qualifications & Skills: _ - Knowledge of Master Scheduling, Planning, and Purchasing practices. - Knowledge - Understanding of IMMEX/PROSEC Programs. - Strong supplier management and communication skills. - Ability to organize and manage multiple projects. - Familiarity with manufacturing environments and engineering drawings. - Strategic planning and change management capabilities. - Ability to work cross-functionally and interact at various organizational levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows. - Experience with ERP. - Offer:_ - **Salary: $ 35,986 (monthly)**. - Work schedule from Monday to Friday (6:30 to 4:00). - Savings fund. - Food coupons. - Legal benefits.
