- **Job Summary**:

- Development, implementation, and improvement of processes; keep machines running efficiently. Take corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in productivity and scrap indicators. Ensure equipment operates safely.
- **Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:

- Monitor and update assigned KPIs, implement actions to keep them on target
- Maintain product traceability throughout the process
- Implement actions to reduce scrap
- Participate in keeping the area within 5S metric goals
- Implement actions to reduce real defects identified by Electrical Test Engineer
- Generate and/or update process documentation (visual aids, parameter sheets, process deviations, standard work documentation)
- Participate in Kaizen events- ** Skills**:

- PFMEA- ** Knowledge / Skills to Acquire**:

- Knowledge of manufacturing machinery: cutters, rollers, presses, bending machines, CNCs, paint booths, etc.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools
- BSF system
- Quality Management System
- ADP system management- ** Education**:

- Completed professional degree, preferably in Engineering.
- **Experience**:

- At least 3 years in similar positions, preferably in manufacturing areas.

- Ensure equipment complies with safety procedures and standards
- Identify and analyze machine inefficiencies to implement solutions that increase productivity
- Efficient process design and procedure development
- Meet production, NPI, and engineering change requirements
