**Profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology
- 5-7 years of progressive automotive manufacturing warehouse experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving and communicative skills
- Demonstrated Leadership skills
- Experience Managing People in a warehouse function
- Exposure to Scheduling, Purchasing, and Inventory control
- Knowledge in English.
- Prospective applicants should be self-motivated, strong leadership skills, communications skill, ability to manage groups, develop and maintain constant training with workers & managers, proactive team and result oriented.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination of daily Warehousing and Shipping Operational Activities, Oversees department´s daily workflow.
- Develops, maintains and evaluates appropriate warehousing and shipping systems, records, forms, procedures, activity list and controls.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperative and jointly to provide quality service as part of the supply chain that will support the production system
**-Data Accuracy in Oracle**: Responsible of warehousing data accuracy in Oracle, Responsible to accurately record in the ERP system all materials received from suppliers, responsible to accurately record all warehouse transactions (delivery of small parts, delivery between warehouses, delivery of tools, delivery of production order materials, inventory adjustments) in the ERP system.
**-Inventory Control and Storage**: Responsible for the proper control and storage of the assigned materials and final products.
