The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely delivery of Certificates of Origin to The LEGO Group's internal and external customers in the US and to qualify the product in accordance with applicable standards in compliance with commercial agreements between MX and other countries to ensure compliance in destination countries and import duty reduction benefits and to formulate and integrate appropriate responses to MX Customs based on specific requirements.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Adhere with applicable regulations, trade agreements and policies while passing the certification process, successfully determining the product's regional content value under the correct criteria and subsequently issuing the correct documentation.
- Provide customers with compliant and timely certificates of origin, through electronic channels and messaging, depending on the applicable regulations to be used at the time of importation in the country of destination. Make sure the customer and internal partners are well informed about the status of the certificates.
- Formulate, integrate and ensure consistent and timely responses to the Customs Authorities of MX, on specific requirements on the daily operation in fast matters, keeping abreast of the operations team and the Director of Import-Export.
- Understand the needs of internal and external customers and act accordingly, connecting with internal local and regional partners.
- Keep the work systems and tools correctly updated, ensure the correct transfer of information from the Mexican authorities and interested parties.

- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade and Customs, International Trade or similar desirable
- 3 years of experience working in IMMEX, manufacturing or corporate companies in similar positions
- Advanced English able to express complex ideas and concepts both in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Mexican International Commercial Law, AEO, C-TPAT, VAT-IEPS Certification.
