**Project Manager Sr**

We are hiring a
**Project Manager Sr** who will be involved and will actively participate in the day by day deliveries and programs for different projects and will assign request among his/her team, based on traffic and workload capabilities.

**What you will be doing**:

- Solve issues related with deliveries and installations.
- Supervision of external staff during the installation process.
- Supervision for the correct execution of activities related to Installations, Removals and other services.
- Work across different organizations such as Design, Sales, Logistics and installation team.
- Develop relationship with Real Estate partners and Project Managers
- Managing and Developing New strategy to workload capabilities about the projects
- Manage special projects / global accounts.
- Different options to solve a problem (local solutions)
- Commercial skills to sell services example: migration, reconfigurations, refurbish.

**Who you are**

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, planning, finishes, furniture, preferably in project and installations management.
- Supervision on projects under construction.
- Experience managing and leading diverse function teams.
- Experience working with Office, Autocad, Microsoft Project.
- Basic-medium English level.
