Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies. Innovate and think creatively to solve real-world challenges with modern technologies. **Qualifications & Skills**: **8+ years** of hands-on experience in software design and development, with a solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Extensive expertise in **Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)**, architectural patterns, and design principles. Strong experience in **RESTful Services**, open-source platforms, and web technologies. Hands-on experience with **JavaScript frameworks** such as **Node.js**, **Express**, and familiarity with libraries like **Marko.js** and **Vanilla.js**. Skilled in **HTML5**, **CSS3**, and modern frontend development practices. Familiarity with big data and distributed systems technologies like **Elasticsearch**, **Kafka**, **MapReduce**, **Hive**, and **Pig** (preferred but not mandatory). Strong expertise in **agile development methodologies**, ensuring iterative and incremental delivery of high-quality solutions. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to contribute to technology strategy and drive measurable business impact.
