Materials Management and Supply Chain Consultant

We are hiring a
**Materials Management & Supply Chain Consultant** tounder limited supervision work with multiple departments to ensure proper root causes for disruptions across our supply chain are being identified and addressed with the right tasks and projects. The scope for the role touches multiple manufacturing locations, distribution centers, functional areas, and teams in North America. In addition to tracking and follow-up activities, reporting and communicating to different levels of the company is a key responsibility.

**What You Will Be Doing**

You will support strategy-related initiatives for the materials organization and to manage the implementation of technical and lean solutions in the internal and external supply chain. All of this with the purpose of achieving the desired levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.

**Who You Are**:

- Required Skills and Competencies_
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Relations or equivalent.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain roles. Must have a thorough understanding of the flow of materials through the supply chain and the different areas of it such as manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, etc...
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels and audiences of any size.
- Ability to identify and implement remedial corrective actions with demonstrated ability utilizing common problem-solving tools.
- Ability to build and nurture effective relationships with internal stakeholders and different departments.
- Self-motivated and self-starter. Sets high goals and standards for self and others.
- Must have a process-oriented vision, in addition to functional and analytical thinking.
- Preferred Skills and Competencies_
- APICS, Six Sigma certifications
- Smartsheet
- SAP
- Tableau
