**Key Responsibilities**
- As a Recruitment Consultant you will become an expert, recruiting in headhunting across various technical and IT roles mid-level to senior roles.
- Successfully achieving your targets and KPI's specific to your desk within this results-orientated business.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and the qualifications needed for success.
- Achieve monthly hiring goals and recruit top talent.
- Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market or region.

**Qualifications**
- 4 - 8 years' experience in IT or non-IT recruitment or agency recruitment.
- Confident, articulate manner on telephone and great interpersonal skills, high communication and convincing skills and enthusiast, driven and results orientated.
- Organized and methodical approach to work.
- High-volume cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Location - 100% Remote**
