**Accounts Payable Latam (Fixed Term)**:
**SoftwareOne**
Scope: Full time| Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model
Your responsibilities within the role will be but not limited to:
- The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne.
- Finance Background.
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting indispensable.
- +2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Proven understanding of Accounts Payable related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries.
- Experience working with ERP systems
- MS Office experience required including significant Excel knowledge is required.
- Advanced English level is a must.
**Nice to have**:
- Finance Shared Service Center experience.
- Concur experience.
- Fides bank processing experience.
- ERP System Navision is a plus.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
- Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good prioritization and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional demeanor.
- Proficient to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
