**SUMMARY**
The Recruiter role is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with an extensive background in recruiting professionals. This position will proactively partner with the all departments and provide strategic support for all recruiting business needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process for all levels of IT roles, as well as other positions as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with organizational management to assure adequate staffing plan and processes are maintained, as well as to facilitate cross-functional communication

**REQUIREMENTS**
- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business Admin/Management/ Human Resources Management or similar area is preferred
- Three years of IT recruiting/IT sales recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrates thought leadership and familiarity with innovative sourcing methods, tools and techniques
- Understanding of ‘Best in Class’ recruitment practices and current industry trends
- Strong interpersonal relationship building and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and switch gears while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
