- Apoyar a gerencia para la realización del plan de producción para el proyecto en marcha.
- Apoyar los cambios de ingeniería.
- Administrar AMEF, Diagrama de flujo.
- Realizar actividades de mejora de productos para la reducción de costos.
- Mantiene un plan de garantía de interés para contener y corregir los problemas del retorno relacionado con el producto.
- Apoyar en el funcionamiento de equipos combinados.
- Asegura el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del SGC, ISO 14001, requisitos específicos de cliente, procedimientos de Webasto y otras normas aplicables.
- Asegurar y apoyar que la planta y los procesos de fabricación cumplan con todos los requisitos reguladores de salud y de seguridad.
- Responsable de realizar las actividades pertinentes derivados de un cambio de ingeniería PECR ( Process Engineering Change Request).
- Mantiene el cambio de proceso de ingeniería para la realización de los procesos asignados.
- Asegura la representación de Webasto en visitas con los clientes y apoya las funciones de revisión del producto.
- Asegura la comunicación abierta y de apoyo en las visitas a instalaciones y líneas del cliente.
- Mejor eficientemente las actividades de mejora continua para maximizar los valores de toda la empresa.
- Formación de equipos y liderazgo de equipos para apoyar los proyectos asignados.
- Apoyo en iniciativas de six sigma.
- Soporte en Solución de problemas.
- Apoyo en la coordinación de las líneas de producción buscando mejoras continuas y optimizar tiempos y recursos.
- Optimiza los procesos de producción para minimizar las emisiones, la generación de desechos, y el consumo de energía.
- Maneja y controla materiales y desperdicios, asegurándose de que exista el manejo / etiquetado y almacenaje apropiado. Da cumplimiento a la Política de Calidad de la compañía.
