**Hexaware busca Sourcing Bilingüe para Reclutamiento y Selección**

Únase a nuestro dinámico equipo en Hexaware, un reconocido call center ubicado en el corazón de Monterrey. Estamos buscando un/a Sourcing Bilingüe talentoso/a y motivado/a para nuestro departamento de Reclutamiento y Selección. Su misión principal será identificar y atraer al mejor talento a través de diversas plataformas en línea para cubrir las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Publicación y gestión de vacantes en diversas bolsas de empleo y redes sociales.
- Seguimiento exhaustivo del proceso de reclutamiento hasta la contratación.

**Requisitos**:

- Dominio del idioma inglés a nível conversacional (indispensable).
- Experiência mínima de dos años en reclutamiento masivo, preferiblemente en el sector de call center.
- Experiência comprobable en el manejo de bolsas de empleo en línea.
- Experiência en la gestión de campañas publicitarias en Facebook Ads y publicación de anuncios.

- Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, por tiempo indeterminado.
- Salario: 15,000−15,000−18,500 mensuales (según experiência).
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
