Our Small and Medium Restaurants Strategy team is looking for a Manager who is deeply passionate about strategy and committed to driving impactful support for the commercial team. As a Manager at DiDi Food, you will lead the development and execution of strategies designed to optimize business operations and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with restaurant partners. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with the company’s mission of providing a seamless and valuable experience for both users and partners.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive DiDi Food's growth and operational excellence, managing key projects that elevate restaurant performance. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining DiDi Food’s position as a leader in the higomhly cpetitive food delivery industry.

Role Responsibilities:

- Leading the execution of the commercial offering implementation plan, including event setup on the platform and communication strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Managing and developing team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Building and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and collaboration to drive collective goals forward.
- Overseeing inquiries and resolving concerns from the commercial team regarding the commercial offering, providing strategic guidance and solutions to support team needs.
- Monitoring performance metrics and conducting alignment sessions with commercial teams in Mexico and MACPE, ensuring strategies and goals align with overall business objectives.
- Providing actionable insights and detailed reports to the commercial team, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving strategic improvements across the organization.
- Collaborating with the Product team to guarantee the successful execution of new commercial strategies, promoting innovation, efficiency, and high performance.
- Managing the budget and addressing performance gaps, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Leading key projects to enhance restaurant performance, optimize operations, and elevate customer satisfaction, ensuring successful project execution and results.
- Working cross-functionally to refine and execute strategic initiatives, contributing to the achievement of long-term business growth and success.

Role Qualifications:

- At least five years of experience in a related role, with a strong background in strategy, engagement, and stakeholder management, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to assess and optimize strategic performance and drive data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of analyzing complex problems from multiple perspectives, identifying key insights, and developing innovative solutions.
- Expert in creating and delivering structured reports that clearly communicate strategic insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
