**Job Title**: Data Entry and Research Specialist

**Location**: México (Fully Remote)

**About Trilled**

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and gather procurement data from different sites
- Scrape and verify links from meeting minutes and other resources, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Organize, upload, and share collected data for further processing.
- Identify key contacts in specific roles as requested.
- Use internal tools such as Google Sheets, Loom, Slack, and other software for efficient task execution.
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide end-of-day reports summarizing progress.
- Follow established workflows and training materials, with the ability to suggest process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Slack.
- Experience with research, data entry, or procurement is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and workflows independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal errors.

**Requirements**:

- A laptop or desktop computer with a functioning camera is required.
- The laptop or computer must have at least 8GB of RAM and an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher. It must also run on Windows 10 or higher, or macOS 13 or higher.
- An internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds is required.
- ability to work under Méxican labor laws

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Loom, Slack is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
