**Job Summary**

Manage repair and maintenance of buildings, plant equipment and manufacturing equipment; schedules preventative and predictive maintenance; assists in development of safety programs.

**Maintenance Leader** **duties and responsabilities**:

- Leads, manage and supervises all maintenance processes and operations.
- Schedules planned maintenance activities including preventative and predictive maintenance, major equipment overhauls, and facility and site improvements to reduce equipment failure and downtime.
- Directs computerized maintenance systems to ensure data acquisition and equipment histories are accurate and complete.
- Supervises, trains, and develops department staff to enhance quantity and quality of employee’s work.
- Assists in development of a comprehensive safety program and maintains safety work order records to ensure a safe working environment.
- Recommends, processes, and approves equipment improvements and supervises installation of engineering controls and equipment updates.
- Verify the lists of spare parts and supplies, as well as prepare and follow up on the requests made to ensure the inventory of supplies.
- Assists in developing a comprehensive departmental budget to ensure department stays within budgetary guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements and experience**:

- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or equivalent
- Advanced English (desired)
- + 25 years old
- Availability to roll shifts
- Strong electrical, electronic, mechanical and computer systems knowledge and learning capability
- Possess strong troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to understand and interpret service manuals, exploded parts diagrams and wiring schematics
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality and environmental laws, regulations and procedures
- Knwoledge in welding & PLC
