**Subdirector WPB Finance**
**(Temporary Position)**
**Role Purpose. **Responsible for financial & strategic analysis covering Wealth & Personal Banking. Lead the WPB Finance team transformation. Develop of performance reporting for senior management.
The role drives and coordinates Forecast and Budget process
Needs to manage and develop a high efficient team leveraging offshore and central resources.
**Main activities**:
- Deliver of the committee decks (Executive, Operational committee and regular review and meetings packs).
- Coordinate Forecast and budget within finance and business for Wealth and Personal Banking business.
- Drive the transformation team to develop new analytic tools, engage new ways of work, be agile and cascade transformation to the team.
- Development on performance reporting.
- Manage relationship with global finance.
- Work close to the WPB Finance Head, to support decision-making.
- Responsible for the profitability KPIs follow up of the business.
- Responsible to manage offshore team.
- Implementation of customer profitability.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Qualified University-level degree in a Finance / Actuary / Economy or related discipline.
- Knowledge in Finance across all sub areas (Business management, capital management, accounting and tax)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Excellent spoken and written English (90%)
