Our services cover three main areas: Fiscal and Legal Consulting, Auditing, and Family Business.

Our Senior Corporate Lawyer will help design strategies and legal solutions in response to our clients’ needs, ensuring they are handled with the highest level of diligence, ethics, and professionalism. Additionally, they will participate in the drafting of contracts, legal audits, and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will lead and oversee legal projects, being responsible for activities such as:

- Drafting of contracts (e.g., donation, purchase-sale, mandate, barter, among others
- Drafting of shareholders’ meeting minutes
- Incorporation of companies
- Legal due diligence
- Registrations and filings related to intellectual property
- Commercial tasks: developing current portfolio and cross-selling

You will also collaborate in the design and launch of new services related to international operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience, preferably in Corporate Law
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Law degree (licensed attorney
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and presence
- Technological proficiency
- Knowledge of international regulations
- Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
