**DESCRIPTION**:

- ** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.**:

- ** Possesses training and coaching skills.**:

- ** Analyzes business processes related to project development.**:

- ** Enhances project development risk and opportunity management methods and tools.**:

- ** Develops project management competencies through coaching and the creation of training programs.**:

- ** Demonstrates practical knowledge in Project Management, including methods, tools, and processes.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- ** 2 years of practical experience as a Project Manager, ideally leading at least one full D&D project.**:

- ** Experience in the automotive or a similar industry, with a focus on D&D (Design and Development).**:

- ** Theoretical (certified) knowledge in Project Management methodologies such as PMI, GPM, Prince II, SAFe, and Scrum.**:

- ** Practical experience as a PMO officer, within a continuous improvement department, or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.**:

- ** Familiarity with the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework.**:

- ** English Advanced.**

**YOUR TASKS**:
**Train and coach on project management know-how and tools, including**:
**Scheduling**
**Risk Management**
**Resource Management**
**Project Finances Management**
**Engineering Change Management**
**Agile Methods**
**Conduct process analysis and elaborate on process improvements.**
**Facilitate workshops on moderate risk and opportunity management and scheduling.**
**Assess the feasibility of project schedules.**
**Develop and implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) within the organization.**
