**Category Management Executive** **PPG Industries - **Crisol, Estado de México**: As a** CATEGORY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE**, you will be in charge of analyzing and creating diverse exhibition strategies for our different categories inside our stores to make us more attractive for our customers. You will report to the Marketing leader in México, Cuautitlán. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze supply to develop planograms according to the sales strategy prioritizing the optimization of space and our different channels needs or requests. - Resolve product portfolio according to demand depending on geography, store qualifications, place, and zone and build campaign and merchandising guides. - Data analysis, elaboration of projections for business decision-making, weekly and monthly reports. - Negotiation with Self-service buyers related to the category to ensure category profitability and maintain healthy business relationships. - Working together with different areas such as: Marketing, Trade marketing, Sales, Operations, Business intelligence, IT, among others. **Qualifications** - At least 2 years of previous experience in merchandising and category management for a retail companies - Proficient design and management of data bases, scorecards and planograms, with an understanding of financial indicators. - Experience with CATMAN, RetaILink and Space Panning (Blue Yonder). - Previous experience managing projects and project management tools is desired, as well as ability creating corporate presentation. - Fluent to intermediate English is needed. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
