**SCM Indirect coordinator**

**Your Role (responsibilities)**:

- Coordinates cost improvement projects for current supplier base
- Establish and manage long term strategic and strategic supplier relationships and will engage centec sites
- Guide the selection, development and management of Strategic Suppliers to meet commodity costs and performance goals
- Implement programs for supplier selection, supplier performance management and supply base optimization
- Provide Materials Quotation centers with support from strategic suppliers in order to obtain competitive and timely quotes for projects
- Provide point of escalation for Commodity issues as appropriate
- Develop cluster based strategy for localization of critical indirect suppliers.
- Supports forecast and budget information for finance.
- Leads and participate on multifunctional workshops to identify cost reduction projects
- Generates and documents statements of work for indirect services.
- Organize and conducts bits for sourcing needs.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Works with central strategic purchasing to solve specific delivery issues with suppliers.
- Tracks execution on time and cost of cluster purchase orders.
- Implement a Repair, re-use and recycle program management for Spares and tooling
- As an cluster resource support Sites Stakeholder Management for any indirect purchase or need.
- Participate in the Supplier Relationship Management and business reviews, reporting concerns and issues to the Global Category Owner.

**Your back ground**
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English level
- 3+ years of proven work experience in SCM
- Demonstrated Problem Solving Skills
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results
- Experience within a Multi-Location Manufacturing / Assembly plant environment an advantage
- Exhibits excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with diverse group of stakeholders including senior management (internal and at the suppliers), operations and supply chain management personnel
- Demonstrates ability in successfully driving cost-out
- Experience in managing multiple tasks
- Must have the ability to lead and manage and influence people within the organization without having direct reporting lines

**Nice to have**
- Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and industry standard purchase order software
- Hands-on experience with purchasing and finance report on SAP
