Recruiting Analyst

Experience: - 2 years of experience in operational and administrative recruitment
- Management of various recruitment sources - Field recruitment - Communication and sales planning

Requirements: - Experience in the automotive sector - Mass recruitment
- Conversational English - Bachelor's degree completed - Valid driver's license

Activities:

- Cover vacancies at all hierarchical levels - Planning and execution of the operational recruitment plan - Recruitment in the field, social networks. - Execution of interviews - Follow-up to new staff
- Analysis and presentation of indicators
