Marketing Manager

DRAZ & DOLCE is looking for an **experienced** marketing manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Oversee the company's social media presence and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers
- Manage the company's WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant content and optimized for SEO
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
- Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 5 years experience** in marketing and social media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and basic SEO principles
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
