As a Bilingual Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and potential customers. Your primary goal will be to handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between the insurance company and its agents and customers, assisting with policy-related questions, billing, and policy changes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Policy Support: handle daily processing of New Business Review, Process Payments, Endorsements etc.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to billing discrepancies, policy coverage, claim denials, and other concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of auto insurance products, coverage options, and claims processes is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required based on state regulations.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
