- THE ROLE:
In this role you will contribute to the employee value proposition
- YOUR IMPACT:
- Deliver and implementation of Compensation and Benefits Annual Cycle Plan for Ford de México and Puerto Rico
- Annually conducts the Compensation and Benefits survey thru corporate supplier
- Manages the delivery of local administration of Compensation and Benefit programs including delivery mechanisms
- Participate in C&B efforts related to competitive research and analysis, policy proposal design, development & implementation, vendor management, legal regulatory compliance, HR & employee education on C&B matters
- Participate in the annual Insurance & benefits renewal
- Partners externally with consultants and vendors, and may participate in related external Boards and Councils, building relationships with peer companies in the local labor market to understand trends and influence the design of plans, programs and policies
- Coaches, counsels, and educates operation partners on C&B & ISO policies, processes, programs, and strategies
- Lead Wellbeing Initiatives and coordinate the national forum
- International Service Operation administration
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- English
- Skills: Change management, data analytics, design thinking, business partnering, project management, accountable
