No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world. **Know more**:PepsiCoJobs** **Join PepsiCo, dare for better.** **Responsibilities**: **The Opportunity** - Deliver annual eCommerce plan by segment-account-business unit (> 36% of total online sales) within approved budget & ensuring long-term sustainability through a deep understanding of the E-Commerce and the concierge segment and accounts. By 2024 Concierge segment will sell ~$800 MMLC - Design, develop and implement alongside (his/her) team, segmented strategies with the client considering annual plans; including Rappi, UberEats, Didi Food, Rappi Turbo, JOKR, Merqueo Ultra, 7 Eleven, Oxxo for all business units (Savory, Biscuits, Foods, Foods Salty, Sonrics) $ 354 MMLC in GS, $ 200 MMLC in NR by end of 2022 - Support definition of AOP / PSP customer strategy with the detection of new PMF capabilities required to capture growth and new opportunities for the short and long term. - Monitor and manage Concierge segment PnL that ensures great budget management and campaigns execution in path to profitability - Ensure correct distribution of brands and segment investment that ensures great on-sites execution in order to increase sales and optimize the investment. - Key for disruptive actions within concierge segments that bolster the segment as a primary channel for BU´s to invest. - Led annual JBP´s within Concierge segment. - Implementation of the strategy defined alongside eComm Leader according to the level of maturity of the accounts and prioritization of segmentation. - Collect budget with BU´s and finance by defining a grow strategy that ensures brands visibility and channel profitability - Focal in acquiring new business players, models and segment that ensures long-term profitability and increase the overall value of the channel - Find new ways of generating business in segment that grow our SOM. - Be an internal advocate to support the Digital Transformation through proactive communication to top and bottom of the organization **Your Impact** As eCommerce Concierge Manager your scope would consist of - Lead & ensure execution of the segment strategy by deliver online annual sales targets above the market for all accounts, business units, brands & within profit to grow overall; Ensuring long term sustainability & equity in the market. - Develop accountant information regarding AOP/PSP for concierge, eConvenience, aggregators and new partners (Rappi, Oxxo, pharmacies, UberEats, Rappi Turbo, Didi Food and other new accounts) - Ensure digital catalogue updated across platforms for >250 SKUs: Titles, Descriptions, images, characteristics, others. Search, portfolio (ePerfect Store) - Lead, create and execute JBP’S within key partners. - Use analytics to optimize segmented campaings, investments & conversion through digital campaigns. Documentate lessons learn. - Understand new customer capabilities to test & learn and maximize potential through the year with data analytics and client inputs such as: (Search, segmentation, streaming, banners, insights, first positions, sampling, others) - Own the online/digital customer relationships to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with concierge merchants. - Monitor and advise on ePerfect store factors relating to PepsiCo product performance on partner platforms and identify opportunities to cross sell, up sell KER (Keyword Efficiency Rates) search and product boosting - Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products on concierge platforms. - Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs - Provide and request for regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions - Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans - Develop a deep understanding of the merchant portfolio from internal and external data
