**Back-End Engineering**

**About the Role**:
**About the Responsibilities**:

- Design and build powerful features that enable enterprises to provide exceptional experience to the employees in their day-to-day functioning.
- Design and build compelling employee, help-desk agent and admin centric functionalities that intersect with the AI/ML services.
- Create and manage secure RESTful APIs to meet product requirements.
- Optimize your code to ensure scalability and performance.
- Write unit tests against newly created components to keep code coverage up.
- Work with AI/ML teams to solve complex challenges together as a team.
- Collaborate with front-end team to ensure APIs meet requirements for a delivering a great user experience.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to validate and resolve defects.
- Maintain the confidentiality, Non-competition, Non-solicitation,Non solicitation and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
- Follow the Handbook and code of conduct conditions

**Hard Skills or Qualifications Required**:

- Strong Python and database skills to build backend capabilities.
- Good understanding of frameworks such as Django will be a strong plus.
- Strong unit test and debugging skills.
- Able to integrate multiple data sources into one system.
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments is a strong plus.

**SOFT Skills or Qualifications Required**:

- Strong English skills required.
- Experience working with remote teams preferred.
- Experience working in agile development environments preferred.
