**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificación de lanzamientos con los distribuidores clave, priorizando en cultivos y key partners
- Plan de generación de demanda alineado con los vendedores
- Comunicación y análisis de bases de datos con terceros para generar bases de datos y reportes al equipo comercial
- Coordinación y apoyo con Data analyst para homogenización de la información
- Análisis de precios de semillas y commodities para toma de decisiones
- Análisis de red de distribución en cada país (México y Andinos)
- Enfoque en CSP para generar planificación de días de campo y generación de demanda
- Establecimiento y monitoreo de planes de incentivos
- Evaluación de inventarios.
- Análisis de canal de distribución para optimización del mismo.

Requerimientos:

- Licenciatura en Marketing o afín
- +4 años de experiência comprobable en el Marketing estratégico y/o coordinación comercial
- Buen manejo del idioma ingles
- Excel Avanzado
- Experiência en Agro deseable
- Disponibilidad para viajar la mitad del tiempo
- VISA y Pasaporte vigente
- Licencia de Conducir vigente
