**Job duties and responsibilities**:

- Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments, redirect the calls or keep messages
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Gather required information from patients and medical insurance providers
- Verify medical insurance benefits and submit insurance claims
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Place supply orders when necessary
- Monitor and update records and files
- Provide general administrative support for the practice

**Job requirements and qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Portuguese with Spanish as a bonus.
- Experience in a customer service-facing position.
- Experience and knowledge with medical insurance verification and submission of claims is a plus
- Knowledge of common online systems such as Gsuite, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), etc.
- High School diploma
- Additional qualifications will be a plus

**Other Requirements**:

- Working hours are 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
