**Procurement Operations Leader**:

Manage Supplier Master Database across SAP system that covers 3 separate ABB Business units, however, share common business platforms related to ERP / Payment systems and processes. Be a leader of a small team to mentor and develop talent. Manage teams daily task load as well as identify how to manage strategic business objectives.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement Delivery Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Keep track of daily issues and monitor if specific issues are rising, decreasing, analyze were we need to focus more/less.
- Coordinate/Implement cross hubs some Initiatives, Ariba SCC, Ariba Onboarding process, EOM Payment Terms, Celonis, Clean Up PO, etc.
- Resolution of Invoices on hold, overpayment, discounts, remittances.
- Approve/Reject access; Support on portal issues; Provide trainings.
- Provide trainings/user guides to vendors as well to internal teams (Payment Resolution Tools, Vendor Portals, Tickets, AP issues).

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of SAP Torque - Supplier Net.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced level of English.
