As an** Account Executive (Senior Director Level),** your primary responsibility is leading business development efforts to strengthen and expand our presence in the US and LATAM markets.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and optimize client relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations.
- Travel frequently (50%) between the US and LATAM regions to foster client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure project success.
- Develop strategic initiatives that align with the company's international growth objectives.
- Act as a problem-solver and work independently to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.

**Minimum requirements**:
- +5 years of Experience in International Business (Import-Export) is required.
- +5 years of Leadership experience as a Sales Account Executive (Director level).
- Proven understanding of US-LATAM business dynamics.
- A valid US Visa is required for travel purposes.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Total of +10 years of experience in the Import and Export industry between LATAM And USA and leadership experience.
**Perks**:
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 400 p.m. Regular Shift.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Place**: Remote México City (This person must be located in Mexico City, Mexico).
- **Compensation**:Base salary is negotiable based on experience.
