Danfoss Mexico is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor.

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring the effective execution of maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and production efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing maintenance schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance activities that align with production goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history for audits and operational insights.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for audits and operational insights.

**Background & Skills**:

- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Engineering: Electronics, Automation or Robotics
- English intermediate.
- Electrical knowledge. Electrical systems, schematis, wiring diagrams, etc.
- In-depth understanding hydraulic and pneumatic
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (CNC, heat treatment furnaces, etc.).
- Sensors and automation knowledge
- Structured problem solving (PDCA, 8D, 5W +2H, Ishikawa, Matrix XY, DMAIC, etc.)
- Skilled in storeroom inventory management
- Advanced diagnostic tools (Thermography, vibrations ultrasonic analysis, etc
- Proficient interpreting blueprints, schematics and equipments manuals
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques.
