Empresa Restaurantera líder en su ramo busca un** Purchasing and Supply Chain Coordinator**.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dar seguimiento al plan de desarrollo de proveedores, realizando evaluaciones continuas para garantizar su desempeño.
- Planificar, junto con los líderes de cada área, el abastecimiento y stock de insumos mediante la detección oportuna de necesidades de compra.
- Automatizar los procesos y pedidos de insumos recurrentes no productivos, optimizando tiempos y recursos.
- Brindar soporte a los procedimientos establecidos en el ERP, impulsando la automatización de procesos y la medición de indicadores.
- Supervisar el estatus de las compras y prevenir retrasos o incumplimientos que puedan afectar la continuidad del negocio.
- Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto asignado, así como revisar, aprobar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de compra.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y generar ahorros en los procesos de adquisición.
- Administrar planes de contingencia con proveedores alternos para garantizar el suministro.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) y de los indicadores financieros clave (KFI).

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. en Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.
- Experiência profesional comprobable de 3 años en compras, control de proveedores y negociaciones.
- Deseable conocimiento y experiência en costos de empresas de alimentos, bebidas, retail, manejo de cadena de frío.
- Conocimiento deseable en algún ERP, MS Office (especialmente Excel).
- Inglés avanzado conversacional indispensable
- Habilidades interpersonales: negociación, liderazgo, habilidades de comunicación, capacidad demostrada para analizar datos y tomar decisiones informadas, compromiso con la prestación de un servicio al cliente excepcional.

**Ofrecemos**:

- Rango de sueldo entre $30,000 a $35,000 brutos de acuerdo a aptitudes
- Prestaciones de ley y algunos beneficios adicionales
- Horario de 9am a 6pm de Lunes a Viernes en modalidad presencial
- Lugar de Trabajo: Polanco
