**Customer Service Representative**

**Activities**:

- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Reps interact with customers by phone and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
- Diffuse and calm residents that may have isolated incidents that need immediate attention to provide the highest quality of customer service.
**Workplace**:

- San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco (Temporarily Home Office)

Job Description: High School finished
Advanced English (Interview and English test will be conducted)
1 Year of Experience as Customer Service (Desired Call Center)
Basic computer skills
Full time availability to rotate schedules and days off (No restrictions)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
