**PROPOSAL ASSISTANT I**

Supports the Proposal management team by collecting, organizing and managing all documentation needed for a proposal.

Internally: Interacts with Business Development Managers, Tendering & Proposal teams

**Job description**:

- Serves as single point of contact for assigned proposal correspondences, collects and organizes all related documents following the procedures and instructions
- Supports the creation of all tender administration documents such as organization charts, responsibility matrix, tender schedule, etc.
- Collects employee CV during proposal, requesting directly updates by employees
- Ensures the correct authorization and signature workflow is respected
- Ensures proper electronic archive of all proposals directly handled maintaining the Proposal database

Works under general supervision on varied and moderately complex tasks. Receives general instructions for routine projects and detailed instructions for more complex projects.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- High school diploma/ Technical diploma
- Some experience in related field. Experience as a document controller preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
