Mps Representative

**Job Summary -**
- The MPS (Managed Print Service) Representative activities related to a strategic approach to streamlining and optimizing an organization's printing infrastructure and document-related processes. MPS providers assess a company's printing needs, hardware, and workflows, aiming to reduce costs, drive digital transformation, improve productivity, and enhance sustainability. It is an asset for businesses seeking greater efficiency and agility in the document-related processes. Representative partnering with delivery team on changes to current MPS agreements that achieves business goals while ensuring accuracy. Migrate MPS accounts to the new CBA (Certificate Based authentication) systems as requested, support the Delivery team in the requisitions for changes in accounts. Keep track of the migrated accounts, collaborates with the Delivery and Sales team to maintain and enhance the current operations and processes. Maintain effective controls, policy compliance, risk assessment communicates and document for management approval. Improve efficiency through mentorship, training, tools, and process enhancements.

**Years of experience needed - 3-5**

**Technical Skills**:

- Accountability for high-quality work during high peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure.

**Certifications Needed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.

Pay: $22,000.00 per month
