**Qualifications**:Industrial engineer, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering or similar. **Knowledge / Experiencie (Skills)**: - Professional experience > 5 years - Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. - Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015. - Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 - Management of national regulations. (NRF-PEMEX, SEMARNAT, STPS) - Communication skills in English **Key Relationships**: - Project Manager - Project Coordinator - Technical colleagues - HSE Departments - Senior Engineer - Function areas (HR, IT, Quality) **Responsibilities**: - Evaluate and ensure the correct implementation of the Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) management plans for all Project activities, aligned with internal standards, applicable national and international regulations - Provide technical assistance to field personnel in the identification, prevention, correction of acts and conditions that affect the integrity of personnel and facilities. - Verify compliance with the stipulated Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) annexes and contractual requirements, ensuring that operations are carried out in compliance with the requirements. - Review and coordinate the implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions derived from audits, observations, or customer requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement of HSE-related processes. - Support in the management and processing of the required building permits at each stage of the project, providing technical assistance to ensure compliance with the specific regulations and restrictions applicable to the areas of operation. - Provide technical assistance in HSE matters by participating in meetings and work sessions requested by the client. - Develop inspection and maintenance programs, inspections and controls, performance and safety evaluations according to applicable national and international standards, norms and codes. - Assistance in the implementation of corrective, preventive and improvement actions derived from audits, observations or customer requirements, with a focus on the continuous improvement of HSE-related processes. - Review and support in the development of commissioning and operation procedures. - Provide technical assistance in safety matters during commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures, applicable regulations and safety standards to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of personnel and facilities.
