**You Are**:
UST is searching looking for a really strong IT Project Manager who can work with their delivery teams to ensure that the projects are delivered on time. IT Project Manager with hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing environments to lead and deliver technology initiatives that support our operational goals. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget — all while aligning with the unique needs of manufacturing systems and processes.

**The opportunity**:

- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT initiatives across manufacturing plants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and production teams, to gather and define project requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other manufacturing IT solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors when needed.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
- Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure all systems and integrations adhere to cybersecurity and compliance standards.
- Maintain documentation and report on project progress to executives and stakeholders.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in discrete manufacturing.
- Proven experience implementing or managing ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Siemens Opcenter, Scada etc.).
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (e.g., BOMs, work orders, routing, scheduling, inventory management).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and automation in manufacturing.
- Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions and cybersecurity practices in industrial environments.
