First-party Go-to-market Product Strategy

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or Master’s degree
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity and change management
- Comfort working with data, using SQL, Dashboarding, and Automation
- Ability to navigate the most complex business problems
- Breadth in strategy and strategic analysis, including stakeholder management, executive communications, data discovery and analysis to support strategic hypotheses

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

In this role you’ll flex between strategy and operations working across product areas and cross-functional teams. You are autonomous with a can-do attitude, always willing to dive in and make an impact. You’ll work closely with the First-Party Go-To-Market (GTM) leads for Mobile, Web, Server, Workflow and Work Tracking along with the Corp Engineering teams to help connect the dots between our GTM efforts and drive scalable initiatives. You'll look to continuously improve and be comfortable operating at all levels of the organization. Your goal will be to bring the very best of Core Developer to our customers while helping the product areas achieve their desired outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and own strategic programs that have a direct measurable impact on Product OKRs while problem solving with business leaders and team to deliver strategic insights and recommendations.
- Define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Combine analytical skills and communication skills to identify, summarize and share insights at all levels of the organizations, attentive to mitigate risks and best practices.
- Partner to identify gaps and help propose scalable solutions to existing policy, systems and frameworks.
