**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**
As HRBP Manager for the Mexico corporate site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Providing direct HR leadership for the Mexico corporate site.
- Collaborating with business leaders in the development and implementation of key human resource initiatives
- Influencing and guiding the leadership team and site employees in various aspects such as short
- and long-range talent planning, development, succession and conflict resolution
- Guiding the facilitation of performance management through counseling and coaching others on the processes
- Driving site engagement and inclusion priorities
- Ensuring local policy development and refresh to meet the changing needs of clients and employees
- Involvement in other HR related activities and projects

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of ten (10) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also preferred:

- Prior experience working as an HR leader in a medium to large multionational organization

**Work location**:

- Hybrid or remote: located in Mexico City.

**Travel**:May include up to 10% domestic only

**Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.**
